RSA Extreme Weather film

Last winter the UK experienced the harshest weather in over 100 years. RSA received a huge volume of claims due to burst  pipes, flooding, and building damage all over the country. 
 
RSA came to IncrediBull to create a film that captured the RSA response during the extreme weather and how they pulled together against all odds to get their customers back up and running as quickly as possible. 
 
The film will be played online to show consumers the level of care they can expect from RSA and what their customers mean to the people who work there. 
 
We wanted to capture the emotion and scale of the extreme weather and what a devastating affect water damage can have to a home and its occupants. Telling the story through the people who were on the frontline for us was pivotal to the treatment. The viewer is taken on a journey through the crisis and the positive way in which RSA responded to the influx of claims. 
 
The results: used to drive brand awareness across RSA and how they deliver their Mission.
