IncrediBull at Vidcon 2011

Last week, IncrediBull took over the Hyatt Regency in Century City, LA to stage Vidcon 2011, an event that is a celebration of user-generated online video. We packed 2500 people into an all-singing and all-dancing experience that brought together the biggest names in the online video community. Both video-makers and video-watchers had the opportunity to mingle and talk about what they love and where the industry is headed.

The run and buzz in the run up to this event was immense, the show sold out 6 months in advance and tickets were a hot commodity for both fans and industry members alike. The celebrity of these YouTube stars cannot be underestimated and some channels have received over 300,000,000 views! The three day agenda was packed with a range of activities, from industry trends, keynotes from partners and presentations from some of the stars of the very small screen. The San Francisco office helped to take the show to new level and the event was the talk of Hollywood. With special guest performances from Judson Laipply (Evolution of Dance), iJustine and Shane Dawson, a Nerf Play Room and Ninja flashmob, it was definitely an experience we will be talking about for a while yet. This just goes to show the power online video today and we are looking forward to next year, which promises to be even bigger and better.
