New Look’s new store in  Dublin is the fashion retailer's biggest store in the world!  At just over 30,000 sqft it was as a fantastic opportunity to introduce some innovative design solutions that would not only enhance the look and feel of the store but also bridge the gap between an environment for shopping and a place for social interaction. One of the most exciting features in the store is the ‘Photo Studio’, designed and developed by New Look and IncrediBull.

The photo studio offers a chance for customers to get glammed-up in New Look attire and strike a cover-girl pose with the help of  an interactive touchscreen and a  "virtual photographer.”  Users get to pick their favourite pose and post them to the website. Once posted, the picture is super-imposed onto the New Look Magazine display, shown on a huge screen at the front of the store. Users can also choose to email the picture to themselves, share the ‘Cover Girl’ image with a friend and upload it to their Facebook page! In this way, the creative concept links real time experiential marketing with web marketing in a seamless way.

The sheer enjoyment and energy captured by the images created in the Photo Studio show how the concept has connected with the New Look customer. In the first weekend of launch over 300 people used the screen and subsequently over 80% of all customer photos have been published on Facebook.
