We work with great brands

We are
a brand

We are passionate about bringing brands and people together in the most creative and effective ways. Our approach is simple; we start by getting to know our clients inside-out. When we’ve got an in-depth understanding, we use that insight as a foundation for great ideas. Then we make them happen. We’re always looking for new ways to deliver the best possible results for your business.

Our core services

We use our expertise in Strategy, Comms, Design, Film and Events to help brands come up with solutions that make an impact.

Our core people

Since 2000, a collection of talented and passionate people have come together to form IncrediBull. We are all focused on finding the best ways to bring brands and people together (and having a bit of fun while we’re at it).

Dilima Netherwood

As one of the newest members of the agency, Dilima loves all things digital, regularly contributing to our Twitter feed and sharing cool social media stuff that she sees. She works on PR campaigns for brands such as Canesten and BT and is developing her events expertise on clients including RSA and Royal London Group.

Laura Eardley

It was a case of third time lucky for our newest recruit, the well-heeled Laura Eardley. Laura spent two internships with us while studying for her degree in PR and Marketing at Leeds Met University and, having graduated, we were able to officially welcome her into the IncrediBull family.

Laura has already proved her worth working across a range of clients, handling everything from driving a national amplification campaign for Berocca through to managing an event in the German countryside on behalf of Unilever.

To top it all off, Laura — who has an enviable shoe collection — is a dab hand on the piano.

Richard Parkinson

IncrediBull CEO Richard founded the company in 2000 with David. His background in management consultancy is central to the way the agency operates and informs our thinking and approach. Richard provides our clients with solid, insightful, tried and tested advice that helps them to make the right strategic decisions for their brand, product, service – whatever it may be.

Simon Evans

Simon is one of our Senior Creatives. He has a decade of experience across digital, print and experiential design and has delivered campaigns for a broad range of clients. He headed up the design team on our global brand ambassador campaign for Nokia and is currently lead creative on our SAP and Microsoft accounts, including overseeing Skype’s partnership projects with Marvel, X Games and SYCO.

Patrick Hostler

Patrick’s one of our senior designers, creating print, packaging, 3D and digital designs for very nearly every client that’s ever passed through our doors. He’s produced beautiful stuff for Nokia, HP, LycoRed and, in a previous life, worked for LLE&H Design on Halfords, Railtrack, London Underground and Raleigh.

Fay Morgan

Fay’s expertise lies in PR and Events, applying her creativity and attention to detail to managing large-scale, one-off projects, events and campaigns through to day-to-day press office functions for clients such as BT, the CF Trust, Primark, Skype and RSA. Fay is also one of the longest-serving IncrediBulls, joining the agency in 2007.

Clarizza Rendora

Born and bred EastEnder Clarizza Rendora is our recently recruited finance assistant, working alongside Caroline and John. Having studied economics at Loughborough University, Clarizza has a background working within the finance departments of a range of social and integrated marketing agencies, so is a welcome addition to the varied goings-on here at IncrediBull. Clarizza has a penchant for painting and running in her spare time.

Sam Theobald

As head of HR, Sam is responsible for the smooth running of IncrediBull and making sure everyone’s needs are met (within reason). Sam was instrumental in pushing the Great Place to Work Institute to introduce a category for smaller organisations, which is great because it’s meant we’ve been able to enter ourselves and make the list (twice already).

Vicki Horrigan

Vicki is IncrediBull’s Operations Manager, looking after the smooth running of the office and our work. She has – at some point or another – provided support on every account run out of the IncrediBull office and, some might say, has the most important job in the agency: organising our Summer and Christmas parties.

Debbie Colton

IncrediBull’s latest ‘new’ face is actually a very familiar one. Debbie, now driving the agency’s new business strategy, was our first ever employee back in 2001, running PR projects for clients including BT, Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Tesco. Debbie studied PR at Leeds University and spent her placement year in-house at M&S before working on tech B2B PR at Citigate. She left IncrediBull in 2008 to move with her family to India followed by Greece before returning to the UK – and the IncrediBull fold – this year.

Samantha Evans

Samantha is the newest member of our design team, joining IncrediBull after moving down to London from her native Manchester. As one of our designers, Samantha has a wealth of experience to call upon, having been responsible for creative work for brands such as Woodford Reserve, Finlandia Vodka, BBC and Little Chef. A graduate in graphic design, half-Finnish Samantha is a fan of ’80s music – her claim to fame is that she has introduced Duran Duran twice live on stage, after being plucked from the audience – and she also has a talent for crochet.

John Collett

John’s the Finance Director, making sure all our numbers add up and we make a profit. He worked at KPMG and Nicolson International before joining IncrediBull in 2002 and, eventhough he’s the maths man, John has been known to contribute the odd creative idea or two.

Matt Coombes

Matt is our office chorister. He was a professional actor and singer before joining the IncrediBull stage back in 2006. He uses his experience in database and web design to develop the agency’s Digital, Design and Events offering and has provided strategic and technical advice on digital marketing campaigns for everyone from Nokia to Rowse Honey.

Steve Davison

Steve brings digital and web design skills teamed with good, old-fashioned ‘off-line’ creative experience to the party. He’s worked for companies and brands ranging from Cadbury’s, Coca-Cola Schweppes and Boots through to Nokia, Bayer HealthCare, NCR and New Look.

Zoe Parravicini

Our resident Italian is renowned for her expertise in event management and direction. Zoe has staged events for everyone from Google and Vodafone through to HP, Nokia and RSA and has worked at IncrediBull twice – she originally joined in 2007 before leaving to help run the family restaurant for two years and then returned again because she couldn’t keep away!

Tom Cornfoot

Tom has been part of the IncrediBull design team for over six years, bringing his skills in creative strategy as well as design of brand and campaign identities across digital and printed media. He’s worked with clients including Nokia, Primark and New Look and provides ongoing brand guardianship to support IncrediBull’s rebrand of NCR.

Michael Lubbock

Michael works in our finance team but his background is in design, being responsible for his own design group where he nurtured and tutored scores of designers and produced packaging for just about every brand you can think of. Michael joined forces with IncrediBull in 2004. In his spare time, he can be found enjoying Chamber music at the Wigmore Hall or dining out at one of London’s numerous eateries.

Ginnie Le Mestre

Ginnie is a journalist-turned-PR practitioner with experience in consumer-led campaigns for brands ranging from M&S and Mercedes-Benz to Haagen-Dazs and Nissan. She currently works across internal and external comms projects for Skype, Nokia, RSA and Primark.

Ryan Prout

Ryan is IncrediBull’s producer/director, managing the delivery of film and video content for clients including Skype, RLG and SAP. Ryan’s film career began in post-production, managing a team for an independent film company producing documentary films, before moving into producing and directing content for brands including Sony, Audi and Garmin for some of the capital’s biggest creative agencies. Outside work, Ryan can still be found behind a lens, directing and producing music videos.

Tom Edwards

Tom was a TV producer and director for BBC, ITV and C4 before joining IncrediBull. Now, he manages our digital and film work and has developed some of the strongest client relationships in the agency with brands such as Nokia, BT and Nestle.

Caroline Jay

A vital member of the Finance team, Caroline makes sure we all get paid on time. She’s been with us since 2007 and last year went on sabbatical to take in some of the world’s best sights. Caroline is also working towards her CIMA qualification while keeping time-sheets, budgets and invoicing on track.
