Since 2000, a collection of talented and passionate people have come together to form IncrediBull. We are all focused on finding the best ways to bring brands and people together (and having a bit of fun while we’re at it).

Fay Morgan

Fay’s expertise lies in PR and Events, applying her creativity and attention to detail to managing large-scale, one-off projects, events and campaigns through to day-to-day press office functions for clients such as BT, the CF Trust, Primark, Skype and RSA. Fay is also one of the longest-serving IncrediBulls, joining the agency in 2007.

Ryan Prout

Ryan is IncrediBull’s producer/director, managing the delivery of film and video content for clients including Skype, RLG and SAP. Ryan’s film career began in post-production, managing a team for an independent film company producing documentary films, before moving into producing and directing content for brands including Sony, Audi and Garmin for some of the capital’s biggest creative agencies. Outside work, Ryan can still be found behind a lens, directing and producing music videos.

Patrick Hostler

Patrick’s one of our senior designers, creating print, packaging, 3D and digital designs for very nearly every client that’s ever passed through our doors. He’s produced beautiful stuff for Nokia, HP, LycoRed and, in a previous life, worked for LLE&H Design on Halfords, Railtrack, London Underground and Raleigh.

Matt Coombes

Client Services Director Matt draws upon his nine year’s experience at IncrediBull to create and strengthen client relationships – we believe the best work is built on these foundations. Matt plays a key role in developing winning strategies for international brands such as HP, Nokia, Skype and SunTrust, and is often the one to orchestrate an office sing-along.

Vicki Horrigan

Vicki is IncrediBull’s Operations Manager, she has been responsible for the smooth running of the office and our work for the past nine years – if something is broken or missing, Vicki can fix it or find it! She has – at some point or another – provided support on every account run out of the IncrediBull office and, some might say, has the most important job in the agency: organising our Summer and Christmas parties.

Michael Lubbock

Michael works in our finance team but his background is in design, being responsible for his own design group where he nurtured and tutored scores of designers and produced packaging for just about every brand you can think of. Michael joined forces with IncrediBull in 2004. In his spare time, he can be found enjoying Chamber music at the Wigmore Hall or dining out at one of London’s numerous eateries.

Dilima Netherwood

Dilima (De-lee-ma) provides valuable support and is a regular contributor of ideas to campaigns across the board at IncrediBull. She’s a lover of all things digital and constantly monitors marketing and social trends. Dilima’s determination has helped to deliver great pitches and campaigns for brands such as AIB, Microsoft and Royal London. With music in her heart, she’s a keen whistler and though she might not hit the right notes – we love that it never stops her trying.

Sam Theobald

As head of HR, Sam is responsible for the smooth running of IncrediBull and making sure everyone’s needs are met (within reason!).  Sam is also our employee engagement advocate and helps advise our clients on employee communication strategies and ways to ensure their people live their brand.

Samantha Evans

Samantha joined the creative team in 2013 and brought with her ten years’ of creative industry experience, having worked with brands such as Bacardi Brown-Forman, BBC and Little Chef to name but a few. In her time at IncrediBull, Sam has led creative campaigns for Skype, BT, AIB and headed up the rebrand of Acuity Cloud Solutions.

Tom Cornfoot

Tom is a Senior Designer and Art Director, and he’s got form working with big brands. He’s been a part of the IncrediBull creative team for eight years, leading projects for Nokia, New Look, NCR and most recently Royal London. He’s experienced in articulating their messages and building brand identities from the ground up, creating brand experiences that capture the imagination of the right audience in the right place, at the right time.

 

Tom Edwards

Tom was a TV producer and director for BBC, ITV and C4 before joining IncrediBull. Now, he manages our digital and film work and has developed some of the strongest client relationships in the agency with brands such as Nokia, BT and Nestle.

Richard Parkinson

IncrediBull CEO Richard founded the company in 2000. His background in management consultancy is central to the way the agency operates and informs our thinking and approach. Richard provides our clients with solid, insightful, tried and tested advice that helps them to make the right strategic decisions for their brand, product, service – whatever it may be.

Laura Eardley

Before she officially joined us in 2013, Laura completed two internships with IncrediBull (so she knew what she was getting into!) while studying for her degree in PR and Marketing at Leeds Metropolitan University.

In her Consultant role, Laura has provided valuable support for a range of clients, handling everything from driving an amplification programme for Berocca, large events in Germany for Unilever and internal comms and brand activation programmes for Primark, SAP and Royal London. Her highlight to date was organising and achieving six Guinness World Records across four weeks on behalf of Royal London, with one being the most people playing ‘What’s the time, Mr Wolf?’ – never a dull day!

Zoe Parravicini

Our resident Italian is renowned for her expertise in event management and direction. Zoe has staged events for everyone from Google and Vodafone through to HP, Nokia and RSA and has worked at IncrediBull twice – she originally joined in 2007 before leaving to help run the family restaurant for two years and then returned again because she couldn’t keep away!

Caroline Jay

Caroline aka ‘Numbers’ has been with us since 2007 and is our spreadsheet-loving Finance Manager. CJ manages the day-to-day and longer term finances of the company and prepares the accounts. She also makes sure we all get paid on time! Caroline is a fully qualified CIMA management accountant and although she’s an expert in the numbers game, she now has a lot of letters after her name: CMA CGMA.

John Collett

John’s the Finance Director, making sure all our numbers add up and we make a profit. He worked at KPMG and Nicolson International before joining IncrediBull in 2002 and, eventhough he’s the maths man, John has been known to contribute the odd creative idea or two.

Debbie Colton

Debbie drives the agency’s business strategy, development and marketing. Before her IncrediBull life, she worked in-house at M&S after completing a PR degree at Leeds, later moving into tech B2B PR at Citigate. IncrediBull’s first employee, back in 2001 – Debbie ran PR projects for clients including BT, Cystic Fibrosis Trust and Tesco. Debbie took a four-year break from the UK and IncrediBull in 2008 to move with her family to India and Greece before returning to London and the IncrediBull fold in 2012.

Steve Davison

Steve brings digital and web design skills teamed with good, old-fashioned ‘off-line’ creative experience to the party. He’s worked for companies and brands ranging from Cadbury’s, Coca-Cola Schweppes and Boots through to Nokia, Bayer HealthCare, NCR and New Look.

Ginnie Le Mestre

Ginnie has more than 20 years’ experience in the world of communications and marketing. After cutting her teeth as a cub reporter for a local newspaper, she moved into PR, heading up national consumer-facing campaigns for brands including Marks & Spencer, Haagen-Dazs, Mercedes-Benz and Berocca. Here at IncrediBull, she has developed her integrated project management skills delivering, among others, a series of international campaigns for Skype – including three large-scale projects for the Skype & Marvel partnership – providing strategic counsel on internal creative communications briefs for global software provider SAP and in rolling out a brand ambassador campaign for SunTrust Bank.

Simon Evans

Simon is one of our Senior Creatives. He has a decade of experience across digital, print and experiential design and has delivered integrated campaigns for a broad range of clients. He headed up the design team on our global brand ambassador campaign for Nokia and is currently lead creative on our SAP and Microsoft accounts, including overseeing Skype’s partnership projects with Marvel, X Games and SYCO.
